Franz Hoß (born November 4, 1866 in Vienna , † August 12, 1947 there ) was Vice Mayor of the formerly independent municipality of Floridsdorf and Vice Mayor of the City of Vienna.

As a politician of the Christian Social Party, Hoß was elected to the local council of the former Floridsdorf community in 1893 and was deputy mayor there until it was incorporated into the city of Vienna in 1904. In 1905 he became a member of the Vienna City Council and was city councilor for finances until 1919. From 1910 to 1932 he was Vice Mayor of the City of Vienna. He was a member of the City School Council of the City of Vienna.
