Franz Illner

Franz Illner (* 8. May 1904 in Mannheim , † 1988 ) was from 1 August 1945 to 31 March 1948, the first district of the district Ueberlingen after the Second World War .

After leaving school in Mannheim, he studied philosophy and law in Heidelberg and Mannheim from 1923 to 1929 , interrupting his studies for practical work as a bank clerk. In 1926 he became a graduate economist and obtained his doctorate in 1928. rer. pole. After his legal clerkship , he carried out various activities in the Baden judicial and administrative service and was a legal advisor at the notary's office in Stockach from 1933 to 1945 . In 1945 he was appointed district administrator, but had to take a leave of absence due to illness in June 1947. In 1948 he was taken back to the Baden judicial service.
