Franz Kewer

Franz Kewer (born January 1, 1908 in Guttstadt , East Prussia , † June 10, 1967 in Hüfingen ) was a German politician ( SRP ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

After attending grammar school , Kewer worked at home and abroad, went on study trips abroad and worked as a self-employed dentist . From 1933 he took on numerous offices and honorary posts in local government, as councilor, city councilor, district council and district committee member and as district deputy of the Heilsberg district in East Prussia . From there he fled in January 1945 and settled professionally in Lower Saxony after the end of the Second World War.

Kewer had been a long-time NSDAP member.

From May 6, 1951 to October 23, 1952, he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament (2nd electoral period) as an SRP parliamentary group until May 8, 1952, then non-attached until July 1, 1952. In the period from July 1, 1952 to October 23, 1952, he joined the parliamentary group of Abgg. Dr. Schrieber and Gen. on. After the SRP was banned by a ruling by the Federal Constitutional Court on October 23, 1952, his mandate and that of all other SRP parliamentary group members expired ( BVerfGE 2, 1).
