Franz Georg Ernst Ludwig von Preuschen Freiherr von und zu Liebenstein II (born January 2, 1804 in Dillenburg , † July 20, 1887 in Liebeneck ) was a member of the Nassau state parliament and judge of the Wiesbaden Higher Appeal Court .

family

Franz Ludwig von Preuschen Freiherr von und zu Liebenstein was the son of the Higher Appeal Court President Georg Ernst Ludwig von Preuschen Freiherr von und zu Liebenstein and his wife Maria Dorothea nee von Albini.

On May 18, 1841, in Winkel am Rhein, he married Emilie, née von Schwarzenau (* July 24, 1815 in Geisenheim , † January 17, 1890 in Liebeneck), the daughter of the Nassau forest master Friedrich Ludwig von Schwarzenau and his wife Caroline née Kilp. The following children were born from the marriage:

  • Karoline Friederike Wilhelmine Freifrau von Gemmingen-Hornberg (born December 26, 1844 in Dillenburg; † April 28, 1924 in Altkessel, near Grünberg, Silesia) married to the Royal Bavarian Chamberlain Oskar Friedrich Freiherr von Gemmingen-Hornberg (1838–1918)
  • Ludwig Wilhelm Friedrich Freiherr von Preuschen von und zu Liebenstein (born August 9, 1846, † July 8, 1887 in Liebeneck), Herr zu Liebeneck
  • Franz Georg Ernst Ludwig Wilhelm Friedrich Freiherr von Preuschen von und zu Liebenstein (born August 15, 1851 in Dillenburg, † January 13, 1884 in Eichstätt), Royal Bavarian Forest Assistant

Life

He attended the Weilburg grammar school and from 1823 studied law at the University of Göttingen . In 1827 he became an accessist at the Nassau State Ministry and from 1832 to 1840 he was secretary at the court and appeal court in Dillenburg . From 1840 he worked at the Higher Appeal Court in Wiesbaden . In 1842 he became a court judge (first at the court and appeal court in Dillenburg, then at the court and appeal court in Wiesbaden ). In 1859 he became a judge of higher appeal in Wiesbaden.

He was entrant on Liebenstein .

MP

1855-1856 and 1858-1862 he was a representative of the Countess of Kielsmannsegge of the 1, Chamber of Estates of the Duchy of Nassau .
