Franz Schlarmann

Franz Schlarmann (born September 24, 1910 in Ankum ; † August 9, 1980 in Wuppertal ) was a German administrative lawyer.

biography

Schlarmann studied law and received his doctorate in 1935 at the Law and Political Science Faculty of the University of Goettingen to the Dr. jur. He was a soldier in World War II and was a Soviet prisoner of war until 1949. From 1951 he worked for the Lippstadt district and from 1959 to 1974 he was chief district director of the Lippstadt district in North Rhine-Westphalia.
