Franz Starker
Franz Starker (born April 7, 1881 in Ziegenhals , † April 9, 1937 in Bremen ) was a German stone sculptor and Bremen politician ( SPD ).
Life
Starker attended elementary school and learned the profession of stone sculptor. He later became a small trader and then owner of a stone carving workshop in Bremen.
He became a member of the SPD and the union. From 1917 to 1922 he was active in the USPD and from 1920 to 1925 in the parties as local party secretary. After the First World War he was a member of the Bremen citizenship from 1920 to 1923 and from 1927 to 1933 .
