Franz Tollinger (Czech. František Tollinger , also Döllinger) (born June 10, 1656 in Ambras , † 1717 or 1719 in Leitmeritz ) was an Austrian sculptor and plasterer who was active in northern Bohemia .

Little is known of the life of Franz Tollinger. He had been active in Litoměřice since 1689, working on the furnishings (stucco decorations and sculptures) for churches and creating statues of saints in northern Bohemia.
