Franz de Paula Stubenberg on the II. Family table of the Lords and Counts of Stubenberg

Franz de Paula of Stubenberg is from the older branch of Kapfenberg branch of Stubenberger and was in 1688, the son of Franz Georg Stubenberg (1645-1715) and his wife from his second marriage, Maria Katharina Countess beef mouth (noble family) , born. He completed a military career and was appointed imperial general in 1719 at the age of 31. In 1729 he became a privy councilor and in 1733 a field marshal lieutenant , before he was promoted to commanding general in 1736 and was stationed as such on the Croatian border. He was married to Maria Theresa von Gera, also known as Theresia Anna Countess von Gera and Arnfels . Several children are listed on the II. Family tree of the Lords and Counts of Stubenberg , whereby it can be assumed that only one of them was the biological child of the couple. This child was Franz Stubenberg (1722–1795), who, like his father, also embarked on a military career and rose to major general . On June 10, 1751, Franz de Paula Stubenberg died in his mid 60s.
