Fred Raupach

Fred Raupach (* 1908 in Hirschberg , Silesia , (in today's Poland ); † July 28, 1942 in the Soviet Union ) was a German theater actor .

Life

After training as a bricklayer and studying agriculture , Raupach worked as a weaver . In Berlin he worked in different professions. After he was employed at the Görlitzer Theater, he came to the Stadttheater Halle in 1934 . Raupach was hired by chance as Kara Ben Nemsi for the film Through the Desert in 1935 . But there was no success. In 1942 he fell in the Soviet Union during World War II .
