Friedrich Christian Glume
Friedrich Christian Glume (born March 25, 1714 in Berlin ; † April 6, 1752 ibid) was a Prussian sculptor at the time of Frederick the Great . He is considered one of the most important sculptors in Potsdam and the Frederician Rococo .
family
Friedrich Christian Glume's brother Carl Philipp (1724–1776) was also a sculptor. Her father was the Schlüter -Students Johann Georg Glume (1679-1765), who at the tomb of the Potsdam Garrison Church cooperated and the monument to the Great Elector in Rathenow created. There is a Glumestrasse in Potsdam named after the Glume family of sculptors.
