Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen (born September 1, 1821 in Camberg ; † June 20, 1853 in Wiesbaden ) was a Nassau politician and member of the Estates Assembly and the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Duchy of Nassau .

Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen was the son of the deaf school founder and councilor Hugo Schütz von Holzhausen (born July 31, 1780 in Camberg; † June 22, 1847 in Wiesbaden) and his wife Margarete Abel (born March 7, 1788 in Limburg, † 10. March 1840), whom he married in Idstein in 1820.
Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen married Antonie Karoline, née Frings, in 1847 (born October 25, 1826 in Uerdingen; † December 28, 1878 in Wiesbaden), the daughter of the businessman Peter Rutger Frings. Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen was Catholic.
Life
Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen was procurator in Rüdesheim am Rhein and later in Camberg.
After the March Revolution he was elected to the assembly of estates for constituency XIII (Eltville / Rüdesheim) in 1848. After he resigned from the mandate, Johann Jung was elected in a by- election, who held the mandate from 1848 to 1851.
In 1852 he was elected to the second chamber of the estates of the Duchy of Nassau for constituency XVI (Idstein), but did not accept the mandate.
