Friedrich Flad
Friedrich Ferdinand Max Ernst Adam Flad (born July 3, 1869 in Adelsheim , † December 5, 1947 ) was a German judge .
Life
He was the son of a Protestant city manager . In 1891 he entered the civil service. In 1896 he became secretary at the secretariat of the Baden Ministry of Justice. In 1897 he became a district judge at the Bühl district court, in 1899 a regional judge at the Karlsruhe regional court, in 1901 a regional judge at the Karlsruhe regional court, 1906 an assistant judge at the Karlsruhe regional court , and finally in 1910 a higher regional judge . In the same year he became an assistant judge at the Reichsgericht and in 1914 also a Reich judge. He was initially in the VI. Civil Senate active. On December 1, 1923, he joined the 5th Civil Senate . From 1924 to 1928 he was a member of the Reichstag's electoral review committee. In 1927 he was elected President of the Senate of the VI. Civil Senate appointed. He retired on January 1, 1937.
