Friedrich Herrmann Uhlemann

Friedrich Hermann Uhlemann (born February 14, 1835 in Frankenberg , Saxony; † June 10, 1917 there ) was a German entrepreneur and politician , among other things as a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Uhlemann attended private schools in Frankenberg and Niederrabenstein . He was a trained businessman and owned a factory in Frankenberg. He was politically and socially committed as a city councilor , city ​​councilor and shop steward for the Saxon Textile Trade Association . He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce and later also a justice of the peace and a member of the district assembly of the Flöha district administration . He was also active as a member of a church council.

From 1898 to 1903 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Kingdom of Saxony 15 ( Mittweida , Frankenberg , Augustusburg ) as an intern (parliamentary group guest) with the National Liberal Party .
