Friedrich Jansen (entrepreneur)
Friedrich Jansen (born March 16, 1813 in Remscheid , † February 16, 1884 in Wiesbaden ) was a textile entrepreneur and a member of the German Customs Parliament .
Life
Friedrich Jansen was born in Remscheid in 1813 as the son of the brewer Johann Friedrich Jansen and his wife Johanna Friederike Klönne. He received a commercial apprenticeship and went on professional trips to various European countries. He was the owner of the textile factory Georg Münch & Co. in Hof in Upper Franconia . In 1853 he married Louise Busch (1829-1870), daughter of a Frankfurt master brewer, in Frankfurt am Main .
From 1868 to 1870 belonged Jansen as MP for the constituency of Upper Franconia 1 ( Hof , Naila , Rehau , Münchberg ) and the National Liberal Party the Zollparlament on.
In old age Jansen moved to Wiesbaden, where his daughter Anna Elisabeth lived with her husband, the district judge and later district court president in Limburg Georg de Niem (* 1852) and where he died in 1884.
