Friedrich Krombholz

Friedrich Krombholz (born April 14, 1871 in Vienna , † June 21, 1919 in Parsch ) was an Austrian builder and architect.

Life

Friedrich Krombholz was a son of the Viennese court architect Ernst Krombholz. Together with his partner Josef Schalberger, who died in 1909, he built some houses in the Pratercottage , which Friedrich Achleitner mentions in his work Austrian Architecture in the 20th Century . It is also mentioned in this guide with the residential building 3., Kleingasse 20, the house 6., Linke Wienzeile 58, as well as the house 13., Hietzinger Hauptstrasse 1.

The Architekturzentrum Wien dedicates a detailed entry to him in its Architects Lexicon Vienna 1770–1945 .
