Friedrich Sack (politician)

Friedrich Sack (born January 6, 1913 in Barmen ; † October 11, 1991 ) was a German SPD politician .

Friedrich Sack attended elementary school and the art and trade school. He completed an offset printer apprenticeship and then worked as a two-color offset printer. He acted as party secretary for the sub-district of Wuppertal. From 1927 to 1933 he was a member of the Association of Lithographers and Stone Printers.

Friedrich Sack was a member of the Socialist Workers' Youth from 1927 to 1933 and from 1931 sub-district chairman. In 1930 he joined the SPD, of which he remained a member until 1933. From 1931 he was a member of the sub-district executive committee of the SPD. From 1946 he was a city councilor and parliamentary group chairman in Wuppertal. Sack was a member of the ÖTV and from 1953 a member of the Rhineland Landscape Assembly.

From July 13, 1954 to July 12, 1958, Friedrich Sack was directly elected member of the 3rd state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 055 Wuppertal-Nordost.
