Friedrich Speth

Friedrich Speth (born August 25, 1937 in Großheubach ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Speth attended elementary school before he switched to high school in Miltenberg . After graduating from high school, he studied pedagogy and psychology at the University of Education and University of Würzburg , passed both state exams for teaching at elementary schools and then worked for several years as an elementary school teacher. Speth was a founding member of the district association of the Junge Union in Miltenberg and chairman of the local association of the CSU in Großheubach. In 1966 he moved there into the local council and became second mayor of the market. He was also deputy district chairman of his party and sat in the district council. From 1966 to 1978 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament . In 1970 he won the direct mandate in the Miltenberg - Obernburg district , four years later in the new Miltenberg district .
