Friedrich Theiler
Friedrich Theiler (born December 29, 1748 in Ebermannstadt ; † 1826 there ) was a German sculptor .
Friedrich Theiler came from a rope factory. He received training as a sculptor in the then important Mutschelle workshop in Bamberg . He then turned down several lucrative offers and preferred to go back to Ebermannstadt.
He is represented with his work in the whole of Franconian Switzerland . His most important work is the Radiant Madonna in the Ebermannstadt Marienkapelle.
