Friedrich Wilhelm II of Nassau-Siegen , (born November 11, 1706 in Siegen , † March 2, 1734 ibid) was the last Prince of Nassau-Siegen from the Reformed line.

He was the eldest son of Friedrich Wilhelm I Adolf von Nassau-Siegen , (1680–1722) and his wife Elisabeth Franziska von Hessen-Homburg (1681–1707).

When his father died, he was just 15 years old and could not lead the country out of the crisis. He himself died of smallpox when he was only 27 . After his death, Emperor Charles VI transferred. the government of the Prince of Orange and Prince Wilhelm IV of Nassau-Dietz .

Friedrich Wilhelm was married to Sophie Polyxena Concordia zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein (born May 28, 1709 Berlin; † December 15, 1781 Siegen), daughter of Count August David zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein , since September 23, 1728 .
