The series follows the lives of six friends who are all at different stages in their lives and think that each of the other would be better off. Will was only recently separated from his wife, but doesn't really want this to be true. Jules and Lowell got engaged recently, while Kate, a successful career woman, has no luck choosing dates. The round is completed by Andi and Bobby, a seemingly happily married couple who, however, long for the old days.
