Kevin Connolly
Kevin Connolly (born March 5, 1974 in Patchogue , Long Island , New York ) is an American actor and director .
Life
Connolly has been an actor since 1990. He became known to a larger audience through his leading roles in the series Auf Schlimmer und Ewig (1995–1999) and Entourage (2004–2011). Since 1997 he has also appeared as a director. First he shot a few episodes of Auf Worse and Forever until 1999 , then in 2007 he made his first feature film, Gardener of Eden . Further directing work for film and television followed.
In 2005 he received a Satellite Award nomination in the category Best Actor in a Series (Comedy / Musical) for his portrayal of Eric Murphy in the HBO - television series Entourage . In 2007 he was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award with the rest of the cast of Entourage in the category Best Acting Company - Comedy .
Until 1998 he was in a relationship with fellow actor Nikki Cox , who played his sister Tiffany Malloy in the series "Auf Worse und Eifel" . From January 2005 to October 2006, Connolly was in a relationship with Nicky Hilton .
Connolly is a longtime friend of actor Leonardo DiCaprio .
