The Beverly Hillbillies are on the loose! is an American comedy film from the year 1993 . The film is based on the sitcom The Beverly Hillbillies , which ran on CBS from 1962 to 1971 .

action

By chance, the hillbilly Jed Clampett discovers oil on his property while hunting rabbits. The oil company Ozark Mountain Oil buys him the land of 1 billion US dollars , and Clampett do not know what to do with the money. So he packs all of his stuff in his 1921 Oldsmobile and moves his family to Beverly Hills .
