Fritz Loos
Fritz Loos (born January 23, 1939 in Siegen ) is a German legal scholar . He is Emeritus Professor of Criminal Law and Philosophy at the University of Göttingen and honorary member of ELSA in Göttingen. He received his doctorate and habilitation with Hans Welzel in Bonn. Ralf Krack , Heinz Koriath and Henning Radtke are among his students .
