Fritz Seipelt
Friedrich "Fritz" Seipelt (born April 2, 1915 ; † May 6, 1981 ) was an Austrian football referee . He gained national fame by leading two finals at the 1958 World Cup and European Cup games in the 1950s and 1960s. As a later referee and rules officer for the Austrian Football Association , he published books on rules. Seipelt was buried at the Hernals cemetery .
