Fun Fun was an Italo-Disco project that had several chart successes in the mid-1980s .

Band history

At first Spagna was the voice of Fun Fun, then Antonelle Pepe and Angela Parisi took over this part. The singers limited themselves to studio work. Was presented the Act of the Models Roberta Servelli, which was later replaced by Elena Trastulli, and Francesca Merola.

The first single Happy Station , on which Spagna had co-wrote, was a hit in early 1984. The title was in the top 20 of the German (11th place) and Austrian charts (15th place) and was successful in European discos . A short time later Color My Love rose to number 17 in the singles charts in Germany. The accompanying album Have Fun! Produced by Dario Raimondi and Alvaro Ugolini . hit stores that same year.

In 1985 Give Me Your Love built on this success, but also conquered a top 10 position in Switzerland (10th place) and top spots on the Billboard Hot Dance Music Charts (11th place). With Baila Bolero from the album Double Fun , the Italians made it into the Swiss charts again in 1987 (# 16) and the Billboard dance charts (# 36).
