Fusong
Ch'ŏnji Lake on the Paektusan ( Baitoushan Tianchi / Changbaishan Tianchi )
Fusong ( Chinese 抚松县 , Pinyin Fǔsōng Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture -level city of Baishan in the southeast of Jilin Province . Fusong has an area of 6,150 km² and a population of 300,000 (end of 2004). Its main town is the large community of Fusong ( 抚松 镇 ).
Fusong is located on the upper reaches of the Songhua Jiang River (Sungari). A branch of the Meihekou - Ji'an railway line ( Mei-Ji tielu梅 集 铁路) runs through the town.
