Fux is a German music group that had two chart hits for me in the late 1980s with an overdose of Glück und Einsam .
Band history
Fux came into being shortly after the Neue Deutsche Welle waned . According to its own statements, the band is dedicated to the target group of two to twelve year olds and their parents. It was founded in 1984 by Uli Sprenger and Bernd Klüser in Finnentrop in the Sauerland . The musicians got their first record deal in 1987 with EMI in Cologne . Numerous television appearances followed, u. a. in the Tigerenten Club , in KI.KA and at the Goldenen Stimmgabel on ZDF . The Ministry of Transport in North Rhine-Westphalia used the song Glück haben as the theme song for the action children see it differently .
The Sprenger / Klüser team also works successfully as songwriters , u. a. for colleagues like Markus , Nicole , Michael Morgan , Roland Kaiser and Wind . In 2010 the Mallorca Cowboys , who became known throughout Germany with the title The Red Horse , re-recorded Fux's biggest hit, Überdose Glück .
