Fyrnask is a German atmospheric black metal band from Bonn .

history

Fyrnask was founded as a solo project of the Bonn multi-instrumentalist and singer Fyrnd (one of the two musicians of the Neofolk group Nebelung ) and remained active until 2014. In 2010, the debut album Fjvarrvar ok Benjar was released in self-distribution. The follow-up albums Bluostar (2011) and Eldir Nótt (2013) were released via the Swedish music label Temple of Torturous . As a full-fledged band, Fyrnask formed in the course of 2014 with the guitarists Blutaar ( Drautran , Árstíðir Lífsins ) and Exord, bassists Johannes Schmid and Svipr on keyboards, and Blizzard on drums. With this line-up, the current fourth album Fórn 2016 was realized, which was released via Ván Records .
