Gansberg 2 (Babenhausen)
The Gänsberg 2 residential building in Babenhausen , a municipality in the Unterallgäu district , was built in the middle of the 16th century. The half-timbered house is a protected monument and served as a residence for Klemens Maria Hofbauer, who was canonized in 1902, in 1805/06 .

The two-storey half-timbered building with a gable roof has a cantilevered upper storey with curved St. Andrew's crosses under the windows . Flattened struts are attached to both sides of the western window.
The southern gable side is unplastered, the threshold and the posts of the framework are made of oak, the other parts of softwood. On both sides of the entrance on the ground floor there are sturdy stands with a roughly profiled top. The gable protrudes twice and is filled in with exposed brick in a herringbone pattern . There are also curved St. Andrew's crosses and inclined struts there.
