Gödingen ( Luxembourgish Géidgen , French Goedange ) is a village in the municipality of Ulflingen , Canton of Clervaux in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg .

Gödingen lies above the Millebach, which flows east of the village. Neighboring towns are Wilwerdingen in the south, Niederbesslingen in the west and Huldingen in the north .

General

Gödingen is one of the smallest places in the municipality and was first mentioned in a document in 893. The place then consisted of three farms and was owned by the Prüm Abbey . In the far north of the village is the St. Cosmas and Damian chapel from 1860.
