The residential building at Görresstrasse 9 and 11 in the Heilbronn district of Sontheim is located on the cellar of an older winegrower's house, which is a protected cultural monument .
description
The house was built on the foundations of an earlier winegrower's house, from which a large cellar has been preserved. The vaulted cellar was built in 1655 on two different levels: The smaller front cellar is parallel to the gable wall of the building and served as a store for groceries. The larger cellar is parallel to the building's eaves wall and was used for the production and storage of wine . In the gable wall of the house are two entrances with arched gates that lead to the cellars.
