Götz von Richthofen

Götz von Richthofen (* 1964 / 1965 ) is a former German basketball player .

Life

Von Richthofen became German basketball champions and DBB cup winners in 1984 with ASC Göttingen, and the cup success was repeated in 1985. In the run-up to the 1985/86 game year, the 1.97 meter tall player moved from ASC to neighbor BG 74 Göttingen  in the 2nd basketball league . Von Richthofen worked as a physiotherapist and looked after the German national women's volleyball team. He remained connected to basketball, among other things, as a former player of the BG 74 Göttingen.
