The Günderer 1 building is a former farm under the file number D-1-82-137-47. It is located on the south-eastern slope of the Taubenberg , at an altitude of 723 m, in the municipality of Weyarn (until 1978 municipality of Gotzing ). The farm was built in 1769.

history

The farm was first mentioned in a feudal deed in 1450, when the Weyarn provost Christian Kiezagl lent the estate to the Ottenscheffler family. In 1769 the farm was rebuilt (noted on the arbor door). In the first half of the 1860s, Joseph Victor von Scheffel visited the court several times on his hikes during his stay in Großpienzenau and he let his impressions flow into literature. The carved entrance door from 1813 with overhanging paintings was transferred here from a demolished Reisach farm in 1905. Since 1983 there has been a listed grain box transferred from Mitterdarching on the rear north side without its substructure.

description

The grain bin

The former farm is a stately flat saddle roof building with a log upper floor. It has a circumferential baluster arbor and an eastern gable arbor on the east and south sides. A lion can be seen on the carved front door, and above it is a painting over the top with a religious depiction. The elongated economic part is partly made of natural stone masonry and expanded for residential purposes.

Trivia

Since the 4th season, the courtyard has been used as a filming location for the Hofer-Hof in the crime series The Rosenheim Cops .
