The journal offers analyzes and instructions for action, but is committed to basic scientific research .

In addition, on the occasion of the work on an insolvency order to replace the bankruptcy and settlement order, a series of publications on insolvency law (KTSI) is available to interested authors as a platform for monographic publications.

  • selected decisions of higher courts with comments
  • Reviews of authoritative publications
  • Documentation of legislative proposals at national and European level.
