Günther Dießner

Günther Dießner (born June 4, 1930 ) is a German sports scientist and university lecturer .

Life

In 1966, Dießner completed his doctoral thesis on the subject of "The influence of motor properties on the development of movement skills in alpine skiing" at the Potsdam University of Education . He later held a professorship at the University of Potsdam .

His research areas included winter sports , training in sports and sports science, including the training of sports teachers, motor learning, the analysis of sports movements and coordinative skills as a performance factor.
