Günther Marxer (born June 3, 1964 in Eschen ) is a former Liechtenstein ski racer .

biography

Marxer took part in the Alpine Junior World Ski Championships in 1984 . Before he even contested his first race in the World Cup , he competed in Sarajevo at the 1984 Winter Olympics . In the downhill he finished 13th and in the giant slalom 23rd. He was eliminated in the slalom .

He also took part in the Calgary Games two years later . This time in the Super G , where he finished 17th. In the giant slalom race , he was 25th. In 1992, he took part in the Olympics for the third time, and this time he also took part in the super G (26th) and giant slalom (15th) races.

Marxer achieved his best placement in the World Cup on December 6, 1986 in the Super-G race in Val-d'Isère .
