Günther Rosenheinrich (born September 24, 1931 in Naumburg (Saale) ; † August 12, 2018 ) was a German civil engineer and from 1973 lecturer for construction management including production-related problems of earthworks at the University of Siegen . His areas of expertise were construction and construction as well as technical cybernetics. In 1977 he was awarded the doctorate degree Dr. techn. awarded.
