The G-Star (also G * STAR, G ★, G ★ STAR; Korean 지스타 , Jiseuta ) is the largest South Korean trade fair for entertainment electronics, video and computer games. The G-Star takes place annually on several days in November. It is organized by the kocca (korean creative contents agency) and was held in Seoul from 2005 to 2008 and has been held in Busan since 2009 . With 240,000 visitors, it is one of the largest trade fairs in the industry worldwide, alongside gamescom in Cologne , E3 in Los Angeles and the Tokyo Game Show . Outside of South Korea, however, it has received relatively little attention in the media and specialist magazines. Regular exhibitors include local companies such as NCSoft or Nexon , but also international companies such as Activision Blizzard .
