Gabriele "Gabi" Weber (born March 24, 1955 in Ebernhahn near Montabaur, Rhineland-Palatinate) is a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the German Bundestag .

She trained as a ceramic painter from 1969 to 1972 and worked in this profession until 1980.

Since 1969 she has belonged to the IG Chemie-Papier-Keramik . From 1980 to 1982 she trained as a full-time trade union secretary. From 1980 to 1991 she was trade union secretary at DGB Kassel, 1991 to 1993 at DGB Rhein-Lahn and 1996 to 2001 at DGB Koblenz; From 1993 to 1995 she was district chairwoman of the DGB Rhein-Lahn, since 2001 she has been the chairwoman of the DGB Region Koblenz.
