Gabriel Hubert Iser

Gabriel Hubert Iser (born May 21, 1826 in Rhens , † February 4, 1907 in Trier ) was a German judge .

Life

The son of a Catholic landowner in Rhense studied law in Heidelberg and Bonn and became a member of the Corps Rhenania Bonn in 1847 . The Prussian was sworn in in October 1848. In 1856 he became a public prosecutor's assistant. In 1860 he was appointed state procurator. In 1873 he became appellate judge and in 1879 higher regional judge. In 1882 he joined the Imperial Court and was active in the 2nd Civil Senate . He retired on the New Year of 1893.

Iser sat in the 6th legislative period for the constituency Koblenz 5 in the Prussian House of Representatives in 1862 . He belonged to the faction of the center .
