Gabriele Gloger-Tippelt

Gabriele Gloger-Tippelt (née Köstlin ; born October 29, 1944 in Rostock ) was Professor of Developmental Psychology and Educational Psychology at the Educational Science Institute of the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and has been in retirement since March 1, 2010.

Career

Gabriele Gloger-Tippelt obtained a diploma in psychology from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg in 1968 and received her doctorate from Carl Friedrich Graumann in 1972. phil. Her doctorate was funded by the German National Academic Foundation. From 1971 to 1974 she was a research assistant in the DFG project of the Psychological Institute of Heidelberg University and from 1974 to 1990 academic adviser at the Psychological Institute. From 1990 to 1998 she was an academic senior councilor. Her habilitation followed in 1992 at the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Heidelberg University. She has since had the venia legendi for psychology. After substituting professorships at the universities in Saarbrücken and Darmstadt, she became a university professor for developmental and educational psychology at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf in 1998.

Further commitment

Gabriele Gloger-Tippelt performs various tasks in academic self-administration. She is entrusted with the management of the Educational Science Institute and one of the two equal opportunities officers of the Philosophical Faculty. She is also a deputy member of the faculty council and a member of the appointment committees.

Memberships

Gloger-Tippelt is a member of the German Society for Psychology , the Developmental Psychology Section and the International Society for the Study of Behavioral Development .
