Gabriele Gorcitza
Gabriele Gorcitza (born January 23, 1952 in Herne ) is a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( SPD ).
Life and work
After attending school, she completed a commercial apprenticeship and worked as an industrial clerk and later as a business economist . She is married and has one child.
Gorcitza had been a member of the SPD since 1976. She was active in various bodies of the SPD and is chairman of the board of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt Herne.

From May 31, 1990 to June 2, 2005 Gorcitza was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . She was elected directly in constituencies 128 Herne I and 127 Herne I - Bochum IV.
She was a member of the city council of Herne from 1984 to 1990.
