Gabriele Kluge (* 1949 in Magdeburg ) is a German singer .

Life

Gabriele Kluge began an apprenticeship as a shorthand typist after the 10th grade in 1965 and was already performing at public events at the age of 16 with the Magdeburg combo "Connys". Their first television show was Schlager 68 with the 1967 radio track "Unsre Heimat" by Klaus Hugo and Jean Burger . She later switched to the Jürgen-Heider-Swingtett, a group that is known beyond the borders of Magdeburg. After completing her apprenticeship as a typist, she began her nine-month training in the newly founded studio for entertainment art in Berlin. After graduation, she received the professional card for singers and - along with other singers - a two-year contract with the DFF . After that she recorded a number of records and radio titles. Her biggest hit, Sommerliebe, can be found on many CDs. This was followed by tours at home and abroad before she ended her career in the Magdeburg city hall in 1990 as a singer in the city hall orchestra under the direction of Curt Dachwitz.
