Gaby Charroux

Gaby Charroux (born June 25, 1942 in Algiers ) is a French politician . He has been a member of the National Assembly since 2012 .

Charroux, a member of the Parti communiste français , was elected Mayor of Martigues in 2008. In the parliamentary elections in 2012 he entered the 13th constituency of the Bouches-du-Rhône department , whose communist MP Michel Vaxès did not run again. In the second ballot he was able to prevail with a clear 60.2% against the FN politician Edith Espallardo. He took up his mandate on June 20.
