Galeria Krakowska is the name of one of the largest regional shopping centers in southern Poland .
Location
The Galeria Krakowska was in Krakow district Kleparz at ul. Pawia on the grounds of the installed central bus station (ZOB) built. Opposite is the Kraków Central Railway Station .
history
The shopping center was built from 2004 to 2006 by the investor HGA Capital and ECE. The contractor was Strabag sp. z oo
Facility
The shopping center has three floors. The total area is almost 130,000 m², of which 60,000 m² is retail space and 5,500 m² is office space. There are 1,400 parking spaces available in the multi-storey car park as well as the andel's Hotel Cracow . There are 270 shops, 11 service providers and 22 restaurants and cafes in the shopping center.
Transport links
The Galeria Krakowska is located directly at the central traffic junction of Kraków's communications center . The shopping center is connected underground to the central station , the central bus station and the light rail Krakow . In front of the west entrance there is a bus and tram stop of the Kraków Public Works. The shopping center is about 300 meters north of Krakow's old town. This can be reached on foot through an underpass. The Krakow Airport is accessible by train in about 18 minutes by bus in about 40 minutes. The Katowice airport can be reached by shuttle buses in about 1.5 hours.
