The passage grave on the nerd , also called Lastrup II , is a Neolithic passage grave in the municipality of Lastrup in the district of Cloppenburg in Lower Saxony . The large stone grave with the Sprockhoff no. 969 was created between 3500 and 2800 BC. And is a megalithic system of the funnel beaker culture (TBK). The passage grave is a form of Neolithic megalithic systems, which consists of a chamber and a structurally separated, lateral passage. This form can be found primarily in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia, and occasionally in France.

The large stone grave lies under a group of trees northeast of Lastrup, south of Klein Roscharden and north of the Vlämische Straße B 213 ( E 233 ) from Lastrup to Cloppenburg in Lower Saxony .
description
The system consists of an east-west facing chamber about 17.0 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. Of the previous 26 bearing stones and the previous eleven cap stones, seven are missing. The largest capstone is 3.0 × 2.2 × 0.8 meters and has a borehole from a blasting test at the top. Some capstones fell into the chamber. The entrance was probably in the middle of the south side. The total length of the oval edging, which is only preserved in a contiguous section in the southeastern area, is 25 meters with a width of about 6.5 meters.
The plant was bought from a farmer by the Oldenburger Landesverein in 1884 to prevent its destruction.
Right next to it is the large stone grave Dwerschsonderling (Sprockhoff No. 970), which Pastor Wulf fetched from another place in 1886 and rebuilt here. This system is also oriented east-west. It is 7.4 meters long and two meters wide. The capstones are no longer there.
