The Garfield Glacier is a glacier on the Ruppert Coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It flows between the Peden Cliffs and Cox Point on the east side of Hull Bay .
The United States Geological Survey mapped the glacier based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after Donald E. Garfield, who was involved in the deep drilling program at Byrd Station between 1967 and 1968 was.
