Gaston Achille Louis Aumoitte (born December 19, 1884 in Hanoi , French Indochina , now Vietnam , † December 30, 1957 in Sainte-Foy-la-Grande ) was a French croquet player .
biography
Gaston Aumoitte was Olympic champion in croquet singles with a ball at the Summer Olympics in Paris in 1900 . He was also Olympic champion in doubles with his partner Georges Johin . The historical records do not provide any information as to whether the two played without competition or whether there were opponents in this competition.
