The Gauer River is a right tributary of the Churchill River in the Canadian province of Manitoba .

The Gauer River forms the outflow of Uhlman Lake . It flows north. It flows through Lake Gauer Lake in a north-easterly direction, takes on the right tributary Meethachos River and then flows through Thorsteinson Lake from the southern end of the lake to the northwestern end of the lake. The Gauer River finally flows into Missinipi Lake, which is on the lower reaches of the Churchill River . The Gauer River has a length of about 120 km. Its catchment area covers approximately 6000 km². The mean discharge below Thorsteinson Lake is 39 m³ / s.
