Gavin & Nox

Gavin & Nox is a Dutch DJ duo consisting of Chris van Gavin and Tom Nox , who are largely responsible for the creation of the Anthem Trance genre . The siblings musically merged in 1997 and eventually founded Gavin & Nox.

In the summer of 2002 they released their first single called Gold via Sony Music Entertainment - a cover version of the classic by Spandau Ballet . In the same year both founded the formation Subtunes to work as producers for other artists . In order to keep pace in the digital age, the Boom-Town Music label was launched in 2003 with the associated publisher . Equipped in this way, the two brothers began to flood the international market with remixes, projects and singles. They are now one of the most popular DJs in Europe. Since 2005 they have also been the main producers of the Hamburg label Clubland Records , made successful by acts such as Master Blaster and Clubland Allstars . In 2006 they made contact with Tony Catania , who has already produced artists like Scatman John , in order to gain a foothold in the USA with his help .
